Demand Planning Specialist

• University graduate
• Beverage/Food manufacturing or Fast moving consumer goods sector experience would be a distinct advantage.
• At least 3-4 years' experience FMCG Supply Chain,
• Integrated Demand Planning Literacy (JDA, APO, IP etc.) would be a significant Asset,
• Functional understanding of Supply Chain performance metrics and the drivers of fast moving consumer goods industry.
• A pro-active self-starter with an acute attention to detail and the ability to manage complexity
• Team player, with excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills to be able to build effective relationships
• Believing in customer satisfaction mentality and Ambitious with desire to progress and develop,
• Effective time management and planning
• Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities

İŞ TANIMI

• Reports to Demand Planning Manager
• Responsible from generating a rolling forecast up to 2-weeks' time on location base,
• Analyze, cleanse and maintain if required; all data pertinent to creating the sales forecast (historical sales, market trends, seasonality) in different hierarchy levels (focused on location level) in Manugistics (JDA) Demand Module.
• Work in close coordination with sales, trade marketing, field logistics and supply planning,
• Evolving and maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures for DP processes and systems,
• Follow-up performance indicators to meet forecast accuracy and service to sales objectives,
• Work with Sales and Field Logistics to get the necessary information for the production planning process,
• Support Supply variable maintenance in Manugistics (JDA) to get Demand and Supply plans are balanced in the tool
• University graduate
