*University degree and specialized training related to the position (i.e.ITIL certification, Project Management Certification, BI)
*Similar position in a Multinational company
*5-6 years' experience BIS Management and project management applying PLM,PMI and any other Project Management Disciplines. (Similar position in aMultinational company or similar role in PepsiCo)
*Experience on software implementations with a process based approach.Completed an ERP and/or financial planning application implementation projectfrom beginning to end
*Excellent Good learning Skills as new methodologies, processes and toolswill be required.
*IT Architecture and business know-how (Knowledge on software developmentlifecycle, Understanding of ITIL processes and standards)
*Knowledge on Business Process Modeling,
*An excellent Team player, as high coordination with the BIS Manager andthe Business Engagement Manager is required, as well with the Sector/Regionalteams.

İŞ TANIMI
- Effectively manages CAB, AOP and SBPprocesses for the customer group & business processes she/he's responsibleof
- Gathers and analyzes new businessrequirements and weighs them against the existing business systems andprocesses. Working closely with the business stakeholders, guides the processof modeling and designing new systems which implement the goals of theorganization as expressed by the business requirements. Next, he/she documentsthe solution, the blueprint of the new system, by creating documents anddiagrams which specify system-user interactions, describe how data should flowthrough the system, and spell out the logical operations the new system mustperform. She/he presents their design to the business and, gets requiredapprovals to proceed
- Manages medium to small size projects (Tier2,Tier3 & PLM Light) and actively participates in all phases
- Manages development and delivery ofapplications / solutions to fulfill business requirements
- Defines the project phases & scope perphase, Develop detailed project plans for each phase
- Ensures solid master file maintenanceprocesses are in place
- Prepare project status reports and keep theteam, senior management and others informed of key project information andrelated risks, issues and changes
- Manages project scope andchanges/enhancements per phase to control the timeline & budget
- Management & coordination of sector /global and local BIS teams for data integration between common sector / globalsystems and local systems
- Closely trackgovernment E-solutions agenda
- Documentation and adherence to standards of BIS best operating practices
- Supports the management of the vendors todeliver solutions that meet BIS Strategic Plan and Business needs according toOLAs (for Operations applications)
