QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • University graduate
  • At least 5 yrs functional/managerial experience
  • Good knowledge of HR related laws such as Labor SGK etc.
  • Taking others with you / building strategic working relationships
  • Human focus drive (results & solution focused, flexible/adaptable)
  • Strong sales & field knowledge & commercial understanding
  • Excellent communication skills on different levels in the organization
  • Strong Project Management Skills and ability to cope with a multitask environment
  • Strategic thinking skills
  • Executional excellence
  • Computer-literate & highly proficient in Excel
  • Fluent in local language & proficient in English
  • Good understanding of HR research & related literature
  • Multitask and able to work in flexible working hours
  • Competencies: Drive for results, analytical thinking, excellent quantitative skills, commercial and practical, energetic and enthusiastic, multitask, team leadership & alignment, developed and executed strategic sales plans and tools, understand channels/company P&L


İŞ TANIMI

  • HR Professionals who work deep in the business and play a critical role in linking, translating and integrating HR work and priorities with line partners
  • Represents HR to the site and geography-based managers/employees.
  • Delivers recurring HR services and processes with SDTs - with a focus on employee relations, maintaining positive local labor relations at union sites, employee engagement and culture.
  • Provide local dispute resolution through strong employee relationships.
  • Assist inexperienced managers in making balanced business decisions while advocating for appropriate employee interventions.
  • Serve as a trusted employee advisor at all levels.
  • Partnership with local leadership on business transformation under guidance of Sr HRMs
  • Balances priorities across Operations & Sales to ensure effective support to business
