QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

 
  • University graduate (Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Research, Engineering, Psychology ). MA degree for HR branch is preferred.
  • Min 5 years of HR experience
  • Building strategic working relationships
  • Human focus drive (results & solution focused, flexible/adaptable)
  • Strong sales & field knowledge & commercial understanding
  • Excellent communication skills on different levels in the organization
  • Strong Project Management Skills and ability to cope with a multitask environment
  • Fluent with numbers & superior analytical skills

  • Executional excellence
  • Computer-literate & highly proficient in Excel
  • Fluent in local language & proficient in English and Türkish
  • Good understanding of HR research & related literature


İŞ TANIMI

The main objectiveof the role is to support sales force with successful HR programs ensuring business strategies, providing and sustaining well controlled environment for sales force & related parties, support creating a risk free environment in which sales force can operate with increased health & safety awareness

  • Responsible for all the HR activities related to the payrolled and non-payrolled employees.
  • Manpower Management - Supply talent for sales organization; ensure effective recruitment and hiring for direct and indirect, induction, orientation of the new comer as per plan. Create and sustain recruitment tools like PepsiCo Select, train sales managers for quality recruitment and track per plan
  • Performance Management & Development - Facilitate goal setting, measures, review and final rating and maintaining records of the same. Maintain a good calibration process.
  • Make regular updates on finding HR best practices in the industry / share with the team where needed
  • Facilitating in Identifying training needs for the branch & in executing training calendar for the entire sales team through internal and external resources & reporting findings to OMD department
  • Managing the attrition of the team and ensuring the exit tracking and process implementation.
  • Prepare and follow up on the career progression plan and development of the same.
  • Partner with sales line managers to establish new ways of efficient working, find creative and applicable solutions to problems through several platforms
  • Create ways of efficient R&R programs for increasing motivation and retention of customer group & partner with managers
  • Analyze OHS reports of customer group, present findings to employees. Partner with managers to bring new ideas to be a great employer, define actions and track where needed
