• Technical / Engineering background (Safety Management is an asset) and hands-on experience in Manufacturing, logistics or sales. Safety Program history (especially at Sales) is highly desirable.
• Strong Management Systems knowledge (OHSAS, ERP, ISO)
• Project management and change management experience.
• Strong safety literacy and an ability to understand cultural differences is essential.
• Strong people and negotiation skills to draw attention onto Health & Safety and Defensive Driving.
• Demonstrated track record of idea generation would be an advantage.
• 3 years experience on Safety / ERP / Dupont / OHSAS 18000 is an asset
• Acquaintance with current Safety laws in action.
• C Level Health & Safety Certification
• Well spoken & written English language
• Ability for Travel

İŞ TANIMI

• Implement H&S Strategy for fleet & sales and define main risk areas in the light of regional imperatives
• Manage budget and man-hour for H&S initiatives sales forces
• Make risk assessments and H&S plans to handle these risks and develop a capital plan to mitigate it
• Cooperate with fleet & sales management & employees to fulfill H&S standards
• Cooperate with HR department for awareness building
• Remarkable reduction in lost work-day accident cases and collisions
• Identify training requirements, develop and give trainings on EOHS topics
• Visible EOHS schemes and applications in fields
• Application of ERP / GEHSMS fleet standards
• Design and application of driver scorecards
• Work to eliminate deviations from standards
• Leading all kinds of Safety committees both legal and internal on fleet & sales.
• Standing as the Legal Safety person of the MU as per implied by law in action.
• Developing himself / herself as an auditor so that provides audit support to other sites
• Track and report H&S KPI's (incl. measure up)
• Be a natural member of the H&S Sales committee in Turkey
• Collect all Measure up data, integrate and timely update on the system.
