Network Specialist

PepsiCo Turkey

• Minimum 3 years of IT experience
• Bachelor or Master degree (Electric-Electronic, Computer, System Engineering etc..)
• English is a must
• Solid understanding on datacenter technology (HVAC systems, cabling standards etc)
• Good Understanding network topology (LAN/WLAN/WAN)
• Solid understanding on configuring and managing Cisco Call managers
• Solid understanding on legacy voice systems, IP Telephony and unified communications
• Solid understanding on collaboration systems, particularly Tier 1,2,3 VCs
• Flexible for mobility
• BT Managed services know-how

İŞ TANIMI

• Serves as an internal and external subject matter expert (SME), providing infrastructure, voice, collaboration and mobility operations
• Designs, plans & oversees the implementation of datacenter, computer rooms and cabling
• Customizes design, installation and processes to account for business requirements within the context of overall PepsiCo and industry standards and conventions.
• Troubleshoots and performs corrective measures to resolve or avoid problems with infrastructure domain within a range of environments across the PepsiCo Turkey.
• Works with PepsiCo regional/sector/global BIS peers or business personnel, including executive management in other departments or external vendors and service providers to collect requirements, complete projects, or resolve problems.
• Monitors infrastructure & voice performance with appropriate hardware and software tools
• Adhere to PepsiCo datacenter and computer room standards
• Administers and maintains voice communication system, collaboration and mobility services
• Participates in the establishment and enforcement of security procedures to mitigate or isolate the impact of network intrusions, attacks or other incidents from PepsiCo Turkey resources
• Participate in the design of BIS disaster recovery plans and testing
• Conducts site surveys/visits Creates, modifies or updates standards, procedures, policies and documentation relevant with his/her accountabilities.
• Based on program and technical requirements, evaluates and recommends appropriate hardware, software and services solutions in line with PepsiCo technology standards
• Fulfill service level agreements, with respect to availability, performance, capacity, and security
• Escalate and route complex or unsolved problems to regional/sector support specialists
• Managing vendors/partners/OLA/SLA and handling agreement and purchasing activities
