İŞ TANIMI

• Track production KPI's and ensure them are within target range.
• Cooperate with teams in shifts in order to deliver production plan in all standarts.
• Plan necessary needs of the production lines and ensure their delivery on time
• Ensure food & people safety on all production lines
• Cooperate with central teams for global and local projects.
• Be active participant of productivity and quality projects and initiatives.
• Lead the related production teams for new product trials
• Increase technical capability of teams by giving necessary trainings.
• Lead Lean & Resource Conservation projects in the production lines
• Ensure all PepsiCo standarts in the lines
• Coordinate the maintenance & quality & logistics requirements in the production lines
