*Higher degree in Foods / Chemistry / Microbiology / Engineering
*Work experience more then 3-5 years in FMCG / Foods company
*Managerial experience is a plus
*English is a must (upper-intermediate)

İŞ TANIMI

 

• Together with Hub Leader develop and drive AOP (annual operation plan) and IGP (innovation growth plan) innovation agendas for the product category based on consumer insight and feasibility assessment.
• Ensure product category innovation agenda fulfillment for the product category to achieve AOP and IGP calendar NPD targets.
• Develop / update, issue and keep all the product related specifications: for final goods, raw materials and technology processes, to ensure compliance to proven product design and legal requirements.
• Propose and implement the category portfolio renovation strategy within Start Plan and AOP horizon based on PepsiCo Nutritional Criteria (PNC) to meet PepsiCo Human Sustainability Goals.
• Together with Operations and Agro propose, develop and implement quality and support productivity activities on the particular product category targeted to improve product quality, reduce manufacturing cost or deliver other functional benefits.
• Define and implement R&D policies and procedures as well as contribute into corporate polices and guidelines to ensure effective product development process and further compliance of innovative and existing products with PepsiCo standards and Russian legislation. Apply or adopt global R&D best practices and procedures for local needs.
• Implement and support regular reporting on NPD performance and Human Sustainability tracking to provide information for management team, deliver category projects reporting as a part of general R&D Foods/F&V/Dairy report with sharing purpose across R&D global community and European Business.
• Establish, and develop business relationships and cooperation with other departments in the Company to get timely support required to achieve goals, maintain an effective cooperation within sector/global R&D network and represent this product category for the Developing Markets at sector/global level to exchange best practices and experience.
• Prepare R&D budget for the category at AOP planning stage in order to allocate sufficient financial resources required to achieve the category development goals. Assure budget execution in compliance with agreed amount and PepsiCo polices.
• Champion short-term and middle term objectives of R&D technological team are achieved via development R&D people capability, creation of healthy work environment and effective work organization as per legislative and local acts, Company's internal policies and procedures.
