· Be able to communicate and report in English effectively,
· Supply Chain experience in food manufacturing or fast moving consumer goods sector experience would be a distinct advantage.
· Functional understanding of Supply Chain performance metrics and the drivers of fast moving consumer goods industry.
· A pro-active self-starter with an acute attention to detail and the ability to manage complexity
· Team player, with excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills to be able to build effective relationships
· Highly motivated and able to work proactively in ever-changing environment,

· Supply & demand planning systems knowledge (JDA, Oracle etc)

İŞ TANIMI

*Tracks weekly export forecast and coordinates with supply planners related products production dates
*Controls export products' inventory level and shares information with related BUs
*Compares annual export plan with the weekly orders and defines the over or under the plan shipments
*Measure Order Fill Rate of export orders
*Draws up master production schedule to establish sequence and amount of each SKU to meet deployment requirements according to sales forecasts and customer orders.Draws up master production schedule to establish sequence and amount of each SKU to meet deployment requirements according to sales forecasts and customer orders for export scope
*Ensures that both finish good and raw material inventory levels are optimised to support export customer demand and any changes to demand that may arise during day to day operations.
*Coordinates snacks promo activities with marketing,commercialization and demand planning teams to ensure on time production and product availability
*Tracks internal promo calendar and checks the necessary material availability (coupon,banner etc) with the raw material planning team.
*Highlights the weekly risks in terms of promo project timeline plan adherence
