QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
*University graduate
*Min 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment (blue collar recruitment experience is appreciated),
*MS Office Program knowledge is required,
*Experience working with a Talent Acquisition System (Kenexa preferred),
*Maturity to work with all levels in the organization,
*Good presentation skills.

İŞ TANIMI
- This team member will be responsible for warehouse recruitment operations (8 locations in Istanbul) and will recruit merchandising team members and warehouse personnel.
- Conducting meetings with Hiring Manager to identify recruitment needs and work in close relation,
- Scheduling meetings with potential candidates,
- Identifying future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; developing talent pool or social engagements (eg cooperation with İşKur and other alternative partners),
- Maintaining and keeping up-to-date records and information in the database,
- Receiving, classifying, consolidating and putting into a system (Kenexa) all job requests, CVs, and other recruitment process related documentation and information,
- Providing feedback to candidates during all stages of the process,
- Preparing any necessary documentation in line with the PepsiCo recruitment process,
- Taking part in internship/part-time recruitment program.
