QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • 5+ years of HR experience and must have C&B expertise,
  • Ability to implement a compensation strategy and programs that attract, motivate and retain employees, and drive desired business outcomes without fostering undue risk,
  • Experience/Knowledge of core TR Processes required to apply COE intervention,
  • Interpersonal skills - able to build credible relationships within HR Function and with Senior Leaders,
  • Ability to consult and contract on work activity with CoE/HRBP/SDT Leader and Direct Reports,
  • Able to lead Functional agenda within a matrix environment,
  • Project management capability,
  • Demonstrates a broad perspective when solving problems and making decisions,
  • Operates effectively in matrix relationships across organisational boundaries,
  • Ensures that systems, processes and practices reinforce the PepsiCo Values.


İŞ TANIMI

Total Rewards expertice in designing, funding and implementing Total Rewards initiatives in support of business priorities such as Salary Structures, Flexible Benefits, Sales Compensation, etc.

Supports C&B Head by;

TR Strategy Management:

  • Leading the new TR strategy within differentiation in pay approach, defining needs through current situation analyzes for base salary, turnover rates, OHS results, market comparisons.
  • Developing base salary and merit pay structures in compliance with general C&B PepsiCo rules including their costing and administration; aligning all base salary rules and merit pay approaches with C&B team and local stakeholders.
  • Responsible for regular administration, monitoring, calculation and evaluation of base salary levels for employees.
  • Ensuring that preparations for the annual salary review & salary surveys are collated timeoulsy and to obtain a mandate from the Board through the HR Director. To ensure completion of the entire process from its initial stages (data collection & communication) to final stages, liaising with payroll regarding implementation of salaries & communication of increases within set timeframes by communicating with all relevant parties (that is, directors, HR team and Payroll).

Market Pricing

  • Determining preferred pay position in relation to the market; collecting and analysing data; assessing/ identifying position and trends in target segments; reporting conclusions and recommending changes (if any); submits all market pricing data and all outcomes to C&B Region team
  • Ensuings that pay levels in the Business Unit are market competitive and continue to attract, retain and motivate talent while ensuring cost competiveness

Variable Pay: Incentives, Recognition & Bonuses

Managing all management bonus implementation across MU according to PepsiCo general requirements designs of variable pay plans. This includes establishing target performance levels, rewards, their funding and distribution.

  • Aligning all local designs of variable pay with C&B Region team

Flexible Benefits & Health Care & Other & Insurance Plans

  • Lead flexible benefits project, design and implement with a wide scope as a best practice in Turkey Market and also in PepsiCo.
  • Understanding regulation of health care plans. Designs and manages employer sponsored plans including sourcing of their funding, administering, communicating their benefits, assessing their effectiveness, complying with tax laws and regulatory responsibilities and addressing key legislation which affect them
  • Supporting development of benefit plans in line with PepsiCo's philosophy covering accident and health insurance coverage, income continuance based on trends in the market and legislated requirements

Communication

  • Designing, implements and evaluates a communication plan related to rewards to ensure all employees are fully engaged in the businesses and committed to its success
  • Designing tools to effectively communicate the value of total rewards compensation for employees in the country using local market comparisons and tax information
  • Following C&B Global & Region communication tools & recommendations to ensure EEs right understanding of C&B policies and standards
  • Ensuring that the Pepsico Compensation & Benefits guidelines are complied with by advising HR and Line Function personnel on the application and interpretation of C&B guidelines.
