QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Experience : FMCG, Sales, Marketing, TM experience with a total of min 5-7 yrs
  • Very strong leadership and communication skills with proven track record of delivery
  • High level of business acumen - must be commercially savvy, with strong analytical skills
  • Strong planning, organizing and follow skills together with drive for results
  • Strong collaboration, communication , influence and impact skills
  • Proactive working style and initiative taking
  • Can do attitude and willingness to take on challenges
  • Fluent English & Turkish


İŞ TANIMI

As the owner of Traditional Trade Commercial Calendar&Customer Development;

Lead Commercial Agenda to convert marketing plan into commercial plans to ensure excellent execution to capture incremental volume and profit

Lead commercial calendar and determine first focus to direct sales teams.

Develop execution guideline for all innovations and national promo's.
Work collaborately with related functions to develop new tools such as offtakes, VPO modules, POP's etc. to support launches.
Act as a communication hub within the company between sales and other related teams to establish strong working relationships and ensure business priorities are executed properly at field.


Channel Marketing:
Develop commercial initiatives such as sales incentive, retailer programs, offtake tools, VPO modules, promotions to leverage volume and profit.
Manage and Track TT Snx Channel Marketing Budget regularly to provide 100% complience to AOP budget
Work collaborately with TOT team for execution of Merchandising Strategy to increase inventory and segment growth target, segmentation and execution standards.
Innovate, develop and recommend execution standards for each TT sub-channel with strong collaboration with CatMan team and follow up the implementation throughout the year.
Develop execution guideline for all innovations and national promo's.
Prepare planograms for NPD's according to directions of CatMan and commercial priorities.
Monitor financial performances (break-even, variation, cause of change) to determine the impact of potential strategies/ tactics/initiatives to make fact based recommendations.
Direct RM team and marketing team to develop tactical products(multipacks, prefilled displays, bundles etc) to bring incremantal growt, provide competitive advantage on the market.
Work collaborately with related teams to develop and implement projects to deliver productivity tasks.
Lead multifunctional teams to establish and deploy clear channel strategies.
Prepare Sales Force Incentives to secure brand/promo availability on time.
Follow up the New Product tracking process to analyze the NPD performance with commercial perspective and take channel related actions.
Add innovative thinking in all kinds of promotions to be more competitive in even sub-channels
Periodically analyze merchandising portfolio in order to supply Sales Team with tools to achieve sales & distribution targets
Search for new ideas such as VPO modules, offtake tools, POP materials etc periodically depending on sales team needs and field opportunities.
Provide specific briefs to vendors in line with Sales & TM field inputs and overall corporate strategy.
To conduct tests for execution tools and make the necessary improvements in collaboration with suppliers and field teams.
Create targeted selling stories for customers, retailers, sales personnel, etc. that demonstrate an understanding of their business goals while maximizing the brands strategic plan/AOP.
Support PO1 Field Team on conducting market tours, customer visits, etc. to build plans and partnerships with key constituents.
Create effective internal and external communication of program details, funding, business objectives and results among key constituents.
evaluate impact of key initiatives and provide meaningful performance feedback to key constituents and internal cross-functional teams to maximize business results.
Demonstrate effective project management skills by leading multiple projects and teams to achieve results.
Recommend alternative strategies and solutions to support volume, revenue, share and profit growth.
Demonstrate focus on existing data including sources, key measures, appropriate uses and data limitations.
Assess the quality of creative output against the project briefing for campaigns, provide timely and effective on-going feedback and coaching to refine the work, and identify the appropriate course of action.
Attend regular sales meetings to share commercial plans and gain feedbacks of the team on related issues.
Provide clear and focused direction (i.e., creative brief) and feedback to the vendor and ensure alignment around the creative strategy and next steps on advertising concepts.
Evaluate and track overall vendor performance (e.g., budget, quality vs. cost, performance against strategy, cost effective decisions, and identify the appropriate course of action).
Evaluate vendor resources/capabilities, identify current and future gaps (resources and processes), and direct and coach vendor's senior management on client's needs.
Manage the overall scope, direction and terms of the vendor relationship (includes vendor selection and assignment to appropriate projects, defining roles, responsibilities, and deliverables).
