QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Fluent Turkish and English
  • Min 3-5 years of key account management experience
  • University degree
  • Good communication and coordination skills,
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

  • Excellent computer literacy


İŞ TANIMI

Main Purpose
Build strong commercial relationships with the existing and potential hotel group accounts that he/she is responsible for. Make the deals and ensure annual contracts on time. Identify, assess and exploit new growing opportunities for both the company and the customer. Making business plans for every account and assuring that these business plans are executed on time. Manage product / package mix of the company for profitable sales volume. Identifying target customers and gaining profitably.

Accountabilities 
Customer Universe

  • Group Hotels located in Antalya, Manavgat, Çeşme, Kuşadası, Bodrum, Marmaris
  • Min of 3 Hotel requirement.
  • Central management


Customer management

  • Follow agreement periods, develop new account gain strategies and take action to gain.
  • Make periodical meetings with the customers for the opportunities, business reviews and short/long term target settings
  • Plan, coordinate and apply Trade Marketing Activities.
  • Manage the sales responsibility with in P&L and ATF
  • Listing new products and flavors, accomplishing sales objectives
  • Initiate and coordinate customer projects,
  • Control sales targets monthly and take necessary pro-active actions.
  • To prepare presentations, proposals, plans, contact reports.
  • Adding new sales units in existing customers.


Profitability and Finance management

  • New RM strategy with company expected VM.
  • Increase total NR with product mix and rebate strategies.
  • Follow up Customer Profitability (P&L) by reports and guidance of Finance and R&M Department
  • Responsible for revenue management
  • Follow up customer reconciliation, accounts balance and payments (including late payments), rebates and other invoicing through Finance Department to take necessary actions
  • Return management


Price Management

  • Responsible for Net price of customers


Market research and competition follow-up

  • Market Trends, prices, benchmarking.
  • Analyze Market Share take action with the customer & inform company about actions taken afterwards


Budget Management

Manage Customer and company budget
