Quality Control Engineer

• University degree in Food or Chemistry Engineering
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in related department is a plus (including food regulatory experience)
• Knowledge of quality and food safety standards ( ISO 9000, FSSC 22000, GMP) is an asset
• Completion of military service for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Perform detailed quality control laboratory analysis related to to raw materials, semi-finished and finished products
• Follow and develop laboratory analysis methods
• Follow first production and packaging processes of the new products, prepares and records quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data related to finished products
• Prepares quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data related to raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished and finished products
• Determines quality parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to raw materials, manufacturing and packaging processes
• Contribute to make continue improvements on the quality system
• Collect necessary documents of raw materials and managing RMDB approval process in TAYBO
• Evaluate and process customer complaints together with other related departments
• Follow up the actions done to correct or prevent complaint repetition and evaluate their effectiveness
• Assist QC supervisor in QC team training with regards to process, CCP, QCP, OKP, raw and pack material inspection procedure, finished product inspection procedure and for the necessary quality control activities
• Prepares Quality supplier evaluation reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing nonconformity and quality records
• Support flavour department for applications of SAP and PWS
