QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field 
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in manage industrial relations, performance management, recruitment & selection, learning and development and payroll & administrative affairs 
  • At least 2 years of experience in team management 
  • Experienced in Turkish labor law and applications 
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English 
  • Consistently demonstrates strong leadership skills 
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications; SAP is preferable 
  • Strong analytical skills and result oriented, 
  • Consistently demonstrates strong leadership skills 
  • Excellent organization, planning and interpersonal skills and able to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization 


İŞ TANIMI

pladis, one of the largest and fast growing groups of Turkey, is looking for a Human Resources Manager(for Biskot Silivri & Atademir Factory).  A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

 

  • Design & development of HR strategies as well as implementation of company policies & procedures within the organization
  • Strong capabilities about especially in management of employee relations, payroll and administrative affairs
  • Preparation and follow up of the Headcount Plans in accordance with the Company Budget
  • Initiate a culture of organizational and people capability development in accordance with Holding Performance, Career Management & Training System; lead succession & team development plans
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, onboarding and orientation for all new employees.
  • Design and develop reports on key metrics, including remuneration and benefits, and turnover
  • Initiate a culture of organizational and people capability development in accordance with Performance Management, Career Management & Training System; lead succession & team development plans across the organization
  • Take active role in HR projects such as job evaluation, grade and reward policy review, organizational restructuring and execute the relevant actions
