While we are continuously striving to exceed our clients’ expectations and expand our presence in the region, our team in Istanbul-Turkey is looking for Innovative, Passionate and self-motivated individuals to be part of our Strategy and Architecture consulting team.

Although the positions are based in Istanbul, the team will participate in projects across the entire region of operation and will report directly to the Senior Manager in Dubai. The individuals will be requested to attend periodic trainings in Dubai and Europe.


GENERAL QUALIFICATION
The consultant is responsible for the execution of the project activities, by working closely with team members under the supervision of the project lead to complete the assigned project deliverables.
Consultants are involved partially with clients to coordinate the collection of information, assist in preparation, review and update of project deliverables and participate in project events.
Consultants are required to have strong technical knowledge of the tools utilized on projects and are will often provide technical support to the project team, the sales team, as well as, to the tool support function within the company.
For small, short-term projects, a consultant may be assigned as the project manager with strong support both from the PMO and the practice manager.

Project Delivery Responsibilities

• Document project information during workshops and meetings
• Coordinate and provide assistance in all types of project events
• Perform assigned project tasks and deliverables
• Prepare and review assigned project deliverables
• Coordinate assigned activities with client team
• Configure solutions
• Develop reports
• Collect, review, cleanse and convert data
• Identify project issues and escalate to avoid project delays
• Participate in project workshops

General Responsibilities

• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
• Provide support and participate actively in internal projects
• Maintain a professional attire and image at all times
• Attend and actively participate in internal knowledge transfer sessions and actively participate in knowledge development in their domain

• Perform tasks assigned by direct managers and project manager

Job Requirements (Essential)

• Must have BS/BA
• 1-2 years’ experience or master’s degree in relevant field
• Ability to communicate with confidence and work well with others and under pressure
• Highly motivated and self-driven
• Ability to multi-task and learn quickly
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Willing to travel extensively on projects
• Possess a positive and cooperative attitude
