QUEEN & PAWN

The Digital Marketing Associate / Graphic Designer is responsible for creating a high quality, on-brand shopping experience for the Queen & Pawn customer. This position holds a key role to maintain a consistent design aesthetic for website, emails and online marketing. The design must inspire and inform the customer — providing both the best service and style tips — and communicate the inspiration behind the brand, seasonal collections and trends. The design must elegantly marry content and commerce. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent 
• 1-2 years of work experience in a design environment, preferably in fashion or luxury
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Solid writing and editing experience for digital media
• Experience of Content Management Systems
• Previous working knowledge of Content Moderation Systems (CMS) and analytics tools (WebTrends, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google AdMob)
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe CS5: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, ImageReady Dreamweaver and/or Flash knowledge a plus UX design knowledge a plus Photo retouching and color correction
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Acute attention to detail, instructions, spelling and grammar
• Solution-oriented, team-player
• Strong communication & analytical skills
• Ability to identify and interpret relevant fashion trends
• Highly creative, artistic, ability to think outside the box
• Strong sense of design, layout and proportion

İŞ TANIMI

• Consistently develop and deliver design assets that support the strategic goals of Queen & Pawn
• Execute brand and design elements including but not limited to mailers, lookbooks, in-store signage, packaging, logo/branding design
• Research and design concept imagery for presentation boards each season
• Design presentation boards from concept to completion and prepare visual aids for design meetings
• Create headers/stickers for design presentations
• Illustration: Sketching by hand and into the computer
• Work with Design Department to create and propose garment graphics inspired by seasonal print concepts
• Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.
• Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities including content development, content planning, content sharing, fan relationship management, etc
• Create, update and maintain web content 
• Create weekly newsletters
• Manage all on-line sales activities
