- Excellent command of english
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar position in hotel industry
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and leadership skills
- Guest and quality oriented
- Self-driven and have strong cultural adaptability and flexibility
- Team player
İŞ TANIMI
Understands the impact of Banquet operations on the overall success of an event and manages activities to maximize customer satisfaction.- Manages departmental inventories and maintains equipment.
- Schedules banquet service staff to forecast and service standards, while maximizing profits.
- Follows all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
- Ensures uniform and personal appearance off staff are clean and professional.
- Welcomes and acknowledges all guests according to company standards.
- Performs other duties as requested by Director.
Preferred Candidate
3 - 6 years of experience
Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate)
Completed
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
