QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree from a law faculty of a reputable university,
- Preferably LL.M. degree obtained from abroad,
- Having experience for minimum 4 years in law and 1 years minimum experience of management ,
- Having know-how about Real estate Law, Contract Law, preferably administrative law
- Having experience in build-operate-transfer and construction contracts,
- Having excellent command of written and spoken English and having graduated from a high school with full English curriculum
- Good computer skills,
- Ability to work customer oriented with analytic approach ,
- Ability to work result and success oriented,
- Ability to work part of a team,
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
- Keeping pace with flexible working hours,
- No obstacle to travel if required
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- Having driver license and sufficient driving skills for İstanbul conditions
