QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
For our customer which is in Industrial Automation Business Group in Turkey, we are looking for Senior Product Manager for Industrial Motion System Business Unit (IMSBU) and Programmable Logic Control Business Unit (PLCBU) who will be located in İstanbul.
This position will be responsible for Sales and Marketing of Servo and PLC product groups.

- University degree in Electrical and/or Electronics, Control or Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum 10 years experience in industrial automation market, OEM business and motion applications
- Technical knowledge of Servo and PLC product groups with deep know-how
- Very good command of English both written and spoken
- Good communication skills, teamwork, highly self motivated, resolute and positive emotional skills
- Military service should be completed for male candidates
- No restriction for travelling abroad
İŞ TANIMI
- Responsible for Servo Motor Drive , CNC and PLC product groups
- Implementation of all local strategies related to motion applications.
- Additional vertical sales business development responsibilities in targeted markets which is compatible with responsible products
- Technical and commercial support to sales team and channel partners by working closely and transferring the experiences
- Keep in touch with reponsible product managers in EMEA region to explain all local market requirements in product specifications.
- Pricing, product positioning, analysis of customer needs and reactions to products and services according to sales strategies
- Realization of new product launches and executing all marketing plans and activities such as customer events, factory visits, advertising and articles in magazines
