• University Degree in Business Administration Departments.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position.
• Knowledge of Incoterms.
• Knowledge of current customs law and exchange procedure.
• Knowledge of the customs documents, transport documents and free circulation certificates.
• Knowledge of Free Zone law and operations.
• Negotiation skills with forwarder and custom broker.
• Good command of written and spoken English, German will be asset.
• No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Verification of customer orders and confirmation of shipments.
• Preparation of the weekly shipment plans.
• Preparing documents to ensure that they are in compliance with customs rules and regulations and customer purposes.
• Organization of the transports.
• Managing communications to Sales Team of Headoffice.
• Tracking the shipments on the way and make sure the timing of the arrival in time.
• Monitoring custom operations and shipments.
• Verification of the invoices for export  expenses.
• Collecting and fullfilling the datas into related reports for all shipments.
