QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job requirements
Education: Bachelors in Engineering
Knowledge of System Engineering and Test Engineering process and standards (IEEE) and UML
Requirements, design and testing tools (such as DOORS, Enterprise Architect etc.)
Experience in modern software development, version and issue management (SVN, JIRA), release management.
Ability to work in a team
Ability to work independently and task driven.
Excellent level of verbal and written English.
Strong problem solving skills
Strong understanding of iterative software and hardware development lifecycle and methodologies
Must be a highly responsible, team-oriented individual with strong communication skills and work ethic.
Above all, the individual will have a positive, can-do attitude, be flexible, and be willing to take on new assignments and responsibilities as they arise.
Desired Qualification
Masters/PhD degree

Job Description
SANLAB produces highly technological mechatronic systems and softwares for simulation industry. The best- known products are Construction Machinery Operator Training Simulators, and Simulation softwares. Our Simulation Systems contain a number of hardware and software components. The system engineer will primarily be responsible for analyzing the system to extract the requirements and to determine the test/validation process. The engineer will also be responsible for preparing product & user manuals and quality management documents.
