Schneider Electric

• University degree in Industrial Engineering,
• 2-5 years experience in improvement of production methods and projects,
• Knowledge about production technologies,
• Having knowledge of Times and Methods techniques, lean manufacturing and 6 sigma applications
• Good command of MS Office applications and Statistical Analyze Tools
• Good communication and planning skills, analytical thinking capability, decision making and problem solving ability,
• Fluency in English,
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Conduct time measurement studies in processes and analyze root causes of gaps between theoretical data and actual data
• Fulfill Schneider Production System (SPS) expectations and implement lean applications in processes by performing all necessary analysis
• Follow KPIs (Key performance indicators) relating productivity and efficiency of the processes
• Realize new designs to make improvement studies on the bottleneck processes
• Participate, support and coach to kaizen, 6 Sigma, VSM, capacity improvement and product localization studies and support projects in the scope of methods. 
• Use problem solving methods to address customer concerns and complaints
• Study on the feasibility & profitability of investments adapted to the needs.
