• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in human resources , training and development 
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English

• Highly effective organization, planning and time management skills
• Good computer skills.
• No restrictions to travel.

İŞ TANIMI

• Develop a training schedule to meet the identified needs and ensure consistency of approach across all markets.
• Develop strong links with host brand and local suppliers to source materials, and adapt them to maximise their impact in the chosen market.
• Apply their knowledge, and experience of the business to structure commercially focused training events or sequenced learning programmes that develop management skills, product knowledge and build brand identity.
• Apply training needs assessment with the Business Managers & Regional / Operations Managers 
• Carefully monitor and follow up the department`s training needs and trainings as per the commercial priorities and yearly training plan.
• Creates and sends out the monthly training calendar to inform all the incumbents.
• Translation and publication of the brand / operations manuals
• Researches whether there are new / updated training materials signed off or launched.
