İŞ TANIMI

Achieve the proactive and reactive HSSE targets 
Define, agree and review the yearly HSSE plan with the Leadership Team.
Implement initiatives to drive continuous improvement in HSSE awareness and culture for leadership members, line managers and operators as part of the journey to achieve a Generative Safety Culture.
Implement HSSE requirements (HSSE Control Framework and HSSE legislation) within the line of business. Check & advice  requests on possible HSSE impacts.
Support incident notification, classification and registration 
Ensure appropriate Incident Investigation (e.g. Tripod).
Assist with preparation and communication of the Learning from Incidents.    
Regularly assess and improve existing HSSE procedures to ensure “fit for purpose”.
Keep up-to-date Emergency Response Plans (Cluster / Regional Level).
Facilitate review or update of HEMP, HRA, SRA or other Risk Assessments (e.g. HAZOP).
Ensure HSSE training when required
Leads the preparation and then coordinates the delivery of HSSE audits and legislation audits.  
Annual HSSE MS Reviews on local, cluster or Regional level.
Deliver the required HSSE support to ensure appropriate Contractor Safety Management (Greenbanding, Contract HSSE plan, Contract HSSE clauses, Contractor evaluations …).
Work in close cooperation with the Road Transport Managers and Compliance Coordinators to ensure a safe Road Transport business.  
Provide SME / Technical Authority support as requested / needed for Engineering projects.  
Provide SME support on several Personal Safety requirements especially related to the PTW process.
