What do I need to qualify for this job?
     * Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration, Statistics
     * Knowledge on Contract Management & National Fiscal Regulations,  Foreign Trade and customs Regulations
     * Advanced level of MS Office Programs especially in Excel & SAP/Spridon
     * Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
     * Knowledge of accounting; IFRS, Controlling&reporting, Public Procurement Law.
     * German language skill is a plus
     * 3-5 years of experience in commercial activities in sales and project management.

İŞ TANIMI

For our Power Generation Services Division Wind Power and Renewables Business Unit in Ankara, we are looking for a  Commercial Specialist. This role will be responsible for financial performance and acitivities of wind service business proejcts and commercially steering of projects starting from the bidding phase, together with project management, being in line with local legal, financial and company internal rules and requirements as well as completion of all commercial and legal tasks as described in PM@Siemens Guideline for Power Generation Services Projects.

What are my responsibilities?
     * Order registration in SAP/Spiridon, following implemantation related WBS and booking activities for wind service business projects.
     * Creating Purchase Orders / Material Request for orders for materials via SCM tools / MM Module and tracking of Orders.
     * Controlling Site expense registration and Claiming the claimables from STAR
     * Webcyle Order Control & release.
     * Project Review related Commercial Updates and update risk contingencies, reviewing R&O quarterly checks, update of CCC / CCN on regular basis together with PMs
     * Correctly capture incurred cost on a timely basis: monthly, quarterly, yearly review 
     * Continuously estimate costs ; Ensure the continuous recalculation of estimated project totals to secure the accuracy of the percent-age of completion calculation, continuously monitor PO’s, commitments and actual costs
     * Return of Defected goods from Site to HQ.
     * Monthly and ad-hoc reporting Secure the monthly country reporting, regional reporting , and project reviews if necessary PER.
     * Support in Budget & Planning Phases (Execute financial analysis, develop various financial reports).
     * Support in Offer and order calculation
     * Cost Center/ Profit and Loss / & Balance Sheet monitoring
     * Follow-up, planning, reporting and reconciliation of customer accounts (A/R , AP, Guarantees) and controlling of Project related costs. (Follow-up guarantees, bonds, accruals, accounting documents and all receivables )

What else do I need to know?
