What do I need to qualify for this job?
     * University degree in Business Administration, Economics; Specialization and/or additional education in Project Management, Claim&Contract Management, Foreign Trade will be an asset
     * Very good command of English
     * Good command of SAP or Spridon
     * Knowledge of international and Turkish law, PPL, LoA guidelines, basic accounting; IFRS
     * Minimum 3-5 years of experience in contracting and solution businesses, system business ( foreign trade )

What else do I need to know?
     * Male candidates should have completed the military service requirements.
     * No restrictions for travelling

For our Energy Management Division in Kocaeli, we are looking for a Commercial Specialist. This role will be responsible for taking commercial responsibility in project execution in line with PM@Siemens Guidelines.

What are my responsibilities?
     * Classify and control project costs, execute cost analysis with PM
     * Manage and report project financial results
     * Prepare and present project commercial data for commercial and financial audit purposes
     * Manage all project insurances as well as currency risks and opportunities of the project
     * Manage L/C procedures with customers, banks and respective Siemens departments ( i.e. Treasury.) and export control
     * Follow-up guarantees, bonds, accruals, accounting documents and all receivables
     * Claim management, monitoring Non-conformity costs
     * Maintain conformity of a project with commercial rules, standards and related law
