What do I need to qualify for this job?
     * Minimum 3-5 years experience in production and/or quality processes
     * Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
     * Fluent command of English, German is an asset
     * Knowledge on Quality Assurance System
     * Experience on Lean Management Systems
     * Ability to read and comment on technical part drawings
     * Dimensional measurement practical experience will be an asset
     * Quality problem solving technique experience (8D, 5Why, 6 Sigma etc.) will be an asset.
     * Advanced usage level of MS Office applications, SAP User experience is an asset
     * Male candidates should have completed the military service requirements

For our Energy Sector in Istanbul, we are looking for a Quality Control Engineer. This role will be responsible for defining and supervising all required quality control processes within the factory in order to ensure quality for our customers.

What are my responsibilities?
     * Ensure the correctness and flow of the manufacturing process starting from customer, ending at customer
     * Supervising the sub Q-teams on their routine tasks
     * Analyze the production flow and improve the defined quality gates
     * Defining and analyzing the execution of the incoming inspection test plans
     * Reporting the results of the process and final routine tests
     * Making evaluations on non-conformities by using Q-tools and reporting the results to all relevant parties
     * Contribution on defining the mitigation plans for the risks and non-conformities
     * Checking and defining the need for work instructions based on the process
     * Participating and guiding the internal and external factory audits
     * Support on improving the supplier quality
     * Training and coaching blue collars particularly based on safety and quality issues
