What do I need to qualify for this job?
     * University degree in industrial , mechanical or electrical engineering
     * Very good command of English, german will be an asset
     * Proficiency in MS Office Applications
     * Knowledge in ISO 9001; ISO14000 and ISO 18001 (preferable with internal auditor certificate
     * Min 5 years of experience in production and quality management. ( Lean Production and Six sigma knowledge will be an asset)
     * Experience in leading and facilitating continuous improvement projects
     * Experience in Supplier Quality Management activities

What else do I need to know?
     * Male candidates should have completed the military service requirements
     * Driving license is required / free to travel alone

İŞ TANIMI

For our Infrastructure and cities Sector in Kocaeli, we are looking for a Quality Specialist. This role will be responsible to support the IC LMV MS business specific QM and EHS strategy to fulfill quality, environment, health safety and regulatory requirements.

What are my responsibilities?
     * He/she will support the organization regarding the implementation and control of the mandatory elements of Siemens Quality Management in IC LMV MS organization. Within this scope, he/she will support implementation of EHS activities and actively participate and/or facilitate continuous improvement projects.
     * He/she will also have to the responsibility to inform IC LMV MS QM to stop processes and projects in case of corresponding quality requirements are not fulfilled in the IC LMV MS projects and business.
     * Where required, he/she will have to lead broad scope improvement projects which encompasses division headquarter- business unit and production center coordination
     * He/she reports directly to IC LMV MS Quality Management
     * Reporting to the Head of Quality Management in MS Business Unit, cooperation with other QM in other divisions, IC LMV MS group managers and support organizations
     * Working with Selected contacts to customer, supplier, authorities and committees
     * Supporting QMS where appropriate based on Siemens QM policy, Sector QM policy and Sector certification strategy, drive the further development towards an Integrate Management System
     * Regular reporting to IC LMV MV QM about the status and results for improvement actions
     * Support implementation of global quality standards in PLM, SCM and CRM processes e.g. quality gates
     * Facilitate and control the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) activities
     * Ensure implementation of global/sector/division-specific standards and process for quality-based supplier management, to secure the delivery quality and to reduce NCC (Nonconformity cost) caused by suppliers
     * Perform audits, assessments and management reviews within the business unit
     * Support business regulatory requirements are defined, processes are developed to meet requirements
     * Provide escalation for Quality Manager in the BU in matters of quality non-conformity or critical quality deviations, e.g. product safety
     * Participate actively in supplier qualification activities (i.e. system audits, production and process approval)
     * Act as a coordinator for EHS issues between production center and Division EHS Management
