What do I need to qualify for this job?
     * 0-2 years of experience in accounting or tax or controlling department
     * Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Economics
     * Very good command of English, German language is an asset
     * Very good command of MS Office applications
     * Knowledge of Turkish Tax, Turkish Commercial Code, Turkish Accounting Standards and IFRS
     * Analytical thinking, result and quality oriented approach and good communication skills are required competencies

For our Accounts Payable group in Kartal we are looking for an Accounting & Finance Specialist. This role will be responsible accounting governance in Accounts Payable topics.

What are my responsibilities?
     * Local Governance of AP
     * Preparation of Accounting guidelines and circulars according to SAG and local regulations
     * Ensuring application of Accounting Guidelines through analysis of company processes
     * Supporting, coordinating, controlling and monitoring Financial Shared Services Team in Prague in respective areas
     * Support, coordination, consultancy and guidance of the Business Units Commercials in respective areas
     * Being responsible for vendor account reconciliations and vendor BA/BS reconciliations
     * Bridge Function between Vendors, Sectors and FSS team in Prague to resolve the complex problems and disputes which occur between vendors, sectors, SCM and FSS
     * Local GAAP sub ledgers closing activities
     * Preparation, controlling, analysis of respective reports for Tax declarations
     * Participating in intra-departmental and inter-departmental improvement initiatives projects
     * Reporting and Monitoring of key data and ratios in respective areas
     * Being responsible for activities to optimize and standardize accounting processes
