     * Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management
     * Experience in Healthcare Sector will be an asset
     * Basic level of knowledge in Autocad or similar software
     * Advanced level of knowledge in MS Office Applications
     * Knowledge in Project Management tools and processes will be an asset
     * Knowledge on compliance, negotiation and communication methods, change& claim management, risk& opportunity management, Health & Safety Regulations will be an asset
     * Excellent command of English (German will be an asset)

For our Healthcare sector in Istanbul, we are looking for a Project Manager. Project Manager role will be responsible for managing Healthcare Sector. The position will report to Head of Project Management in Siemens Healthcare Turkey.

What are my responsibilities?
     * Active involvement in the sales/project initiation phase
     * Execution of projects in accordance with Project Management @ Healthcare processes and regulations
     * Evaluation and management of the risks and opportunities of the projects
     * Delivering targeted outcomes in yearly balanced individual scorecards
     * Support sales and marketing team for tender specification and contract analysis and revisions
     * Performing site visits for initial customer contact and site surveying
     * Drawing projects for related equipment and systems
     * Timeline planning of the project and preparing work breakdown structure together with the Project Engineer
     * Active and accurate implementation of project management tools (i.e. OSIRIS)
     * Keeping timesheet for works including site and customer visits, project drawings, office work, etc.
     * Analyzing of site requirements and examination of the technical feasibility and transferability into a bid or project proposal by budget preparation
     * Monitoring and follow-up of project milestone deadlines
     * Monitoring and follow-up of project financial figures
     * Profit and Loss responsibility of the project until start of warranty (customer handover)
     * Participation in Limits of Authority (LoA), kick-off, project status and milestone review meetings
     * Creating request for orders (RFO) and follow-up on purchase orders sent out to suppliers and sub-contractors
     * Contract, change and claim management of the projects
     * Support the project engineer for supervision, coordination and controlling of site preparation, system rigging/moving in and installation on the field
     * Performing site visits for final customer contact and handover
     * Attend to acceptance commissioning sessions
     * Organizing the Project Closure & Lessons Learned meeting together with the Project Management Officer
     * Performing visits for continuous follow-up on customer in order to improve customer relationship and satisfaction
     * Coordination and collaboration with project team members (Customer Services, Supply Chain Management, Sales& Marketing, Quality Management, suppliers, sub-contractors etc.)
     * Management and coordination of both external and internal resources and partners necessary for pursuing projects effectively and efficiently
     * Coordination with customers/consultants to successfully complete the projects on time and at defined quality
     * Implementation of Siemens Corporate Regulations throughout project life-cycle
     * Follow up necessary and up-to-date Health and Safety requirements to be fulfilled at on-site level
     
What else do I need to know?
     * Male candidates should have completed the military service requirements
     * Driving license is required
     * No restriction to travel within Turkey and abroad (Project Manager is expected to be travelling %70 of the time)
