IT PROJECT MANAGERS

• Manage/execute projects, from the initiation phase up to and including transfer to the existing organization within the agreed budget and timetable in accordance with the set quality standards
• Act as the principal and bears the final responsibility for sub-projects
• Define and manage resources and schedule for project/program implementation
• Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to the related parties
• Design and maintain technical and project documentation
• Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning
• Negotiate with other organizational parties in order to find solutions which do not collide with the interest of their projects
• Manage the negotiation process with suppliers
• Report approaches, progress, quality and budget to top management
• Participate in project groups and Project Boards
• Perform team assessments constantly

İŞ TANIMI

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree preferably in Engineering
• 3 years of experience of managing highly complex IT projects or multiple simultaneous small projects
• Experience in a non-life insurance industry is an asset
• PMP or other related project management certifications is an asset.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Visio, JIRA, etc.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
• Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Flexible, adapts his/her approach and purposely searches for alternative routes
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills, self-starter and likes to work proactively
• Result oriented, proactive, dynamic, careful in details, showing sense of urgency and against excuses
