 We are looking for a high caliber Software Development Team Lead who will be in charge of the coordination of in-house and outsource developers as well as the analysis, design, development, documentation, support and maintenance of the systems.

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related faculties
• Experience in;
  • Team leading for 3+ years
  • Software development for 8+ years
• Good working knowledge on Microsoft C#, Asp.Net and Sql Server
  • Latest web technologies, software development lifecycle, design patterns and security
  • HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, responsive design, mobile and UX design are pluses
• Good command of English

İŞ TANIMI

• Development of value added business systems for agencies, brokers, banks, internal and external users
• Ensuring consistent and continuous operation of developed systems by improving corrective and preventive actions
• Integration of insurance software systems with business web services provided by Insurance Information Center (SBM) and developing value added applications
• Development of efficient sales and support management system/infrastructure in the agency and bank channels
• Identification of additional development needs of existing systems in order to improve their efficiency
