QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are actively seeking a Production & Maintenance Engineer for a position in our organization, an industry leader in packaging industry, with the following qualifications who would serve to the below job description.

To be employed in Production and Maintenance department,
Self managed, Analytic, Integrity, Team player, Excellent communication skills, Highly motivated, Demonstrate good problem solving skills, Goal oriented

Qualifications:

University degree (BS/MS) in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronical, Industrial Engineering,
Having 2-3 years experience in maintenance and production (preferable),
ERP knowledge is preferable
Excellent communication skills and able to work in a team environment,
Fluent in English for Global working environment
Good knowledge of MS Office tools, Autocad and / or Catia knowledge is preferable
No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey,
Able to work in three shift production system
No obligation for military service.

İŞ TANIMI

Responsible for:

Lead production shop's maintenance team in factory,
Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned activities,
Diagnosing breakdown problems,
Design, Develop, install and analyze required projects of production departments,
Participate in new projects and follow commissioning and start-up stages
Eliminate losses and increase machine efficiencies
To be responsible for plant maintenance activities.

Additional Job Description:
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

Performs solo/paired safety observations during plant visits, and shares findings and recommendations with plant leadership team.
Provides support to the regions/plants in the Industrial Group for productivity/process improvement strategies and plans, and helps implement assigned initiatives. Supports division/region/plant leadership in the development of annual productivity/process improvement goals and objectives.
Demonstrates good working knowledge of Lean and 6 Sigma tools to improve productivity, lower costs and reduce scrap. Assists in plant flow assessment and alternatives comparison, and acquires experience using layout tools.
Works with plant employees to establish standard work instructions and control plans, for respective projects and events, to ensure long-term sustainable improvements.
