QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Application Support Manager, the Application Support Trainee is expected to:

Reporting to the Application Support Manager, the Application Support Trainee is expected to:
- Create, log, resolve incoming customer problems
- Assist and work in line with third parties for further resolution actions where required
- Understand technical and organizational aspects of all related areas
- Continually read and review documents posted and provide feedback where information is lacking or required.
- Assist Application Support Team in all business tasks.
İŞ TANIMI
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:- 3rd or 4th year or master students from reputable universities with relevant educational background ideally taught in English.
- Flexible schedule to work at least 3 days per week
- An attention to detail and commitment to drive problems through to resolution.
- A desire to learn and work as part of a team
- A knowledge or experience of the ITIL framework is desirable but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Analytical mind with strong planning and organizational skills and hardworking personality
- Good understanding personal responsibility, flexible and eager to learn
- Candidate should be ready for long term internship.
