HR Services Specialist(German)

Sony Eurasia

• To act as the 1st point of contact for all Sony employees within his/her region across Europe.
• To act as a HR Generalist in all areas of HR; target to increase first level HR case resolution to max level together with HR experts’ support.
• To coordinate HR experts in comp & ben, recruitment and L&D fields and ensure employee life cycle is tracked and processed correctly and on time.
• To provide the final HR service delivery to the employee on the behalf of the HR experts.
• To specifically get specialized in personnel management branch of Sony HR: manage and own the personnel records and organizational data of Sony EU employees on a daily basis.
• To manage starters, leavers and transfers process for Sony HR. Coach all employees throughout their transition.
• To ensure HR personnel records are correctly stored so as to make HR ERP systems work.
• To ensure all data entries into the HR systems are in line with SOX and reportable with high quality & accuracy.
• If needed, to provide guidance to the employees regarding their non-HR queries.
• To promote the usage of employee self-service system by the employees across Europe: coach and educate employees on system usage and its benefits.
• To identify any employee self-service and HR portal gaps, propose improvement points to management and take action as needed.
• To coach the new joiners and ensure HR European knowledge is dispersed across the team at all times.
• To ensure any new HR know-how is well documented, stored in the repository and kept up to date for future reference.

İŞ TANIMI

• Bachelor’s degree from Business Administration, MIS, Industrial Engineering or similar fields
• Min 1 year of experience in HR
• Overall understanding of the core HR business processes, hands on HR experience in a multinational environment is preferred
• Fluent in English and German is a must
• Knowledge of other European languages will be an asset
• Strong interest in customer service environment
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with management, colleagues and customers throughout the business at all levels
• Experience of SAP HR, SharePoint and Salesforce is preferred
• High level of focus on quality and levels of accuracy
• Advanced skills in MS Office tools
• Ability to work confidentially with sensitive data
• Willing to work cooperatively inside a team
