Operation Director

We are hiring Operations Director to lead our  Operations team with the following qualifications;

*Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in related (Construction/Industry/Electrical) Departments of universities

*Minimum 10 years of experience in the field

*Minimum 3-5 years managerial experience

*Fluency in English

*Excellent command of MS Office Programs especially Excel

*Strong analytical, problem solving skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment

*Strong at project management

*No military obligation for male candidates

*No obstacle for travelling

İŞ TANIMI

*Managing and coordinating daily operations throughout Turkey

*Following and managing operations teams and leads them for best performance

*Providing to complete of daily operations on time

*Ensuring that operational and technical proactive measures are taken

*Managing and coordinating all technical logistics and warehousing processes

*Managing all maintenance repairs processes

*Managing the agreements between operational and technical subcontractor, procurement companies and Ströer

*Following and controlling subcontractors to meet Ströer's expectations and serve on the Ströer standard

*Following-up the inventories; annual counting and barcoding operations, providing tracking and management of orders and shipments of products, spare parts and all operational purchases

*Managing operational and technical R&D and savings/efficiency activities

*Ensuring that completely assembled (installation, replacement)  for all product groups, on time, in compliance with specified standards

*Preparing the annual CAPEX budget plan and relevant presentations, analysing and explain possible deviations

*Carrying out annual CAPEX work, preparation of annual insurance policies, classification of monthly CAPEX expenditures

*Providing requirements and preparing documentation for tender procedures

*Providing establishment and management of Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management System
