Qualifications:
•University/College degree
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English / Second language prefered
•Knowledge of Opera and Ms Office Programmes
•Presentable team player with strong communication and problem solver skills
•Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remain calm and courteous at all times
•Ability to understand and work in a multi-cultural environment
•Able to comply with working on shifts.Self motivated
•Experienced minimum one year on the same position
•No military obligation for male candidates / at least 2 years postponement

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
 •Performing check-in, check-out and room change procedures and ensure all data are accurately entered into the hotel system
•Ensuring that the guests depart the hotel with a positive impression of hotel service
•Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of standard reservation procedures
•Maintaining exemplary department standards of behavior, appearance and attitude
•Ensuring front desk work area is kept clean and in an orderly state at all time
