QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
· University degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent
· Minimum five years of experience in information technologies
· Experience in Microsoft server operating systems; configuration, implementation and administration of virtual systems
· Knowledge on VLAN separated networks; Microsoft and Linux based DHCP servers
· Strong ability to troubleshoot complex multi-vendor system integration issues and network issues in LAN
· Experienced in a 7X24 SLA environment
· Aptitude for cooperation and flexibility in a rapidly changing environment and the ability to respond immediately to often changing business priorities
· Drive to keep up-to-date on latest technical trends
· Strong written and verbal communication skills (documentation and technical writing); analytical thinking and problem solving skills
· Good command of English (Turkish and/or Arabic knowledge is an asset)
· No restriction for travelling abroad
Main responsibilities will include ensuring streamlined operation at the customer site, in alignment with the business objectives indicated within the service contract; coordinating, managing, reporting, and providing administrative support for daily operational IT-related activities of the Customer.
· Investigating and solving incidents escalated by IT technicians
· Escalating detected system bugs to next level support entity, following the work flow
· Serving as single point of contact for the customer on all IT-related matters
· Administration of COTS and TAV IT applications/systems contracted by the customer
· Supervising routine server room controls carried out by site technicians
· Providing coordination between TAV IT and customer helpdesk entities
· Preparing and submitting periodic operational and performance reports for the customer
· Increasing customer satisfaction and improving customer relationships within contractual conditions
· Providing key user trainings
