İŞ TANIMI

• To proactively manage MICE accounts within the Sales & Marketing department in charge of local and international agencies for group bookings.

• Responsible for managing his/her assigned group of accounts and following up to materialize the budgeted revenues of corporate segment through existing clientele and key prospects.

• Cooperating with the Director of Sales&Marketing in reaching and surpassing the targeted goals of the hotel.To ensure accomplishment of all related group contracts. 

• Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests and meeting planner satisfaction.

• This position is designed to maximize revenues in room and F&B areas of the hotel and maintain high standards of service.
