QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
•Previous experience in a luxury hotel.
•Fluency in English; preference will be shown to candidates with knowledge of additional major foreign languages.
•Strong communication and social skills
•Ability to focus on guest needs, problem resolution
•Ability to focus on details.
•Ability to prioritize and organize work.
•Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team
•Ability to provide legible communication and directions.
•Acknowledges, welcomes and departs all guests/visitors arriving to/from the hotel, providing assistance with guests' luggage.
•Transport guest luggage to/from guest rooms.
•Escort guests to rooms and inform guests of all hotel services and features.
•Responsible for attending to immediate needs of each guest upon arrival and follow through attention throughout stay.
•Thorough knowledge of all hotel services and amenities.
