QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Ability to maintain hotel's standards, policies and procedures with assigned staff.
Ability to input and access data in computer.
Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.
Ability to communicate anticipation of the guests/meeting planner to the related staff for proper delivery.
Ability to create a teamwork environment.
Ability to be a clear thinker, analyze and resolve problems, exercising good judgment.
Ability to focus attention on details.
Ability to foresee and address any guest and staff safety issues.
Ability to ensure confidentiality of guest and hotel data.

İŞ TANIMI
Ensure accomplishment of all related catering contracts.Conducts site inspections.
Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests and meeting planner satisfaction.
Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing catering-related opportunities.
Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity.
Achieves personal and team related revenue goals.
Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery.
Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
Provides service to our customers in order to grow the account on behalf of The Istanbul EDITION Hotel, across the enterprise.
