• University degree from a reputable university in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of  project management experience in automotive industry
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken, Italian will be preference.
• ISO TS 16949 / QMS & Basic core tools knowledge.
• Analytical way of thinking and good problem solving abilities,
• Ability to work effectively as a team member and team management skills.
• Detail-oriented and ability to maintain high level of accuracy,
• Proficiency in all standard MS Office applications,
• Strong interpersonal and high customer orientation skills
• Result oriented and self-motivating
• Flexible for travelling, Applicants must have valid driving license
• No military service obligation for male candidates,

İŞ TANIMI

• Plans, monitors and controls project activities.
• Carry out the contract management, claim and change order management, resource management
• Evaluate and manage risks and opportunities for the projects during project execution phase in accordance with project management guidelines
• Conduct profit & loss responsibility for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with clients/Consultants to successfully complete the project in time and in line with customer quality aspects.
• Prepare, implement and coordinate Project Management plan for successful project execution; economic procurement and timely delivery of materials / equipment with the customer
• Investigate additional business opportunities
• Define procedures and requirements concerning quality management
• Execute coaching and controlling the team/individual members
• Provide all necessary feedback at the end of the project for the project and sales team in order to improve project management process
• Support sales team during acquisition phase
• Lead the technical/engineering topics during execution phase in accordance with Tiberina technical team.
• Day to Day management and liaison between key retail partners and  programs associated with them
• Visit customer regularly and organise review meetings with customer (or internal) as and when necessary
