QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for high caliber “Human Resources Director “candidates to join our HR team:
  • University Degree in Social Science, Business Administration or equivalent disciplines, 
  • Minimum 8-10 years of HR management experience in high-volume environment in production sector,
  • Strong knowledge of modern HR practices such as talent management, performance management, grading system for compensation, 
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English,
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to inspire and motivate teams,
  • Strong organizational skills in the areas of operations, budget and project administration; effective interface with diverse groups; effective supervisory skills, 
  • Male candidates should have completed their military services.

 

İŞ TANIMI

  • Performing administrative duties within HR Management, HR Development and HR Controlling,
  • Acting as first line of response to all administrative questions of staff including issues relating to insurance, pension, payroll etc.,
  • Acting as point of entry for all HR matters,
  • Ensuring to work coordinately with DERİDEN HR team on policy and procedures,
  • Responsible for all HR records with regard to salary increases, staff movements and amendments to terms and conditions,
  • Ensuring accurate data input into NEBIM V3
  • Conducting reports and management information as and when required,
  • Administering Area payroll process,
  • Responsible for the manpower planning and productivity, talent management, performance management and training processes.
  • Coordinating Area training requirements and perform administrative duties as Local Training Administrator,
  • Assisting with all recruitment activities, regional development programs
  • Planning, developing, implementing and monitoring appropriate human resources and organizational development strategies for overall strategic vision, mission and objectives of the company.
