Project Manager

• University degree in Engineering, preferably Civil, Mechanical or Electrical
• Completed military service                             
• Fluently English both written and spoken                                                                                  
• At least 5 years experience in a similar function
• High level of Project Management, Prince2 is preferable                                                      
• High level of people and contractor management
• Computer skills
• Reports to Maintenance Manager 
• No restriction to travel
• No restriction to work in different countries and the cities

İŞ TANIMI

• Prepare the budget of the projects, submit and seek approvals of the business cases and make sure that those budget items taking place in the company plans in a timely fashion.
• Make sensible project plans and make sure that resources are allocated to the tasks with in internal and/or external sources by using super degree of coordination.
• Ensure that there are measurable goals and identified milestones in the processes.
• Be prepared to run meetings, assign resources, construct activity sequences and define procurement requirements.
• Ensure the operational managers and other key process owners gather appropriate data, define project activity constraints and assumptions, determine skill requirements for critical activities and develop cost estimates.
• Establish a project organization structure, project administrative benchmarks and standards, identify potential risks.
• Ensure there is a viable quality system program, identify standards that can impact the project, link budget items with activities and write the comprehensive activity plan
• Use operational managers’ resources for internal project executions and assist them on resource issues and identifying resource links and work with operational managers to balance resources.
• Use relevant project management tools
• Maintain high level of safety awareness in the projects and make sure that all equipment involve the projects with in/out the factory site and personnel comply with company’s EH&S standards.
• Make sure to develop and implement all measures to capture all projects with in the defined responsibility area for to improve integrated approach in to projects in order to priorities and qualities them towards the companies long term strategy.
• Ensure that all technical project requirements with in TPI TR Operations are captured and verified, coordinated and leaded and completed on time in budget.
• Ensure that all external resources who will be working in the projects are well aware and trained about TPI EH&S standards and their activities comply with it.
• Make sure that all machinery and equipment which will be added by projects are in line with the TPI EH&S standards.
