Logistics Operations/Trader Trainee

• 3rd of 4th year undergraduate student or 1st year graduate students from reputable universities in Turkey or abroad
• Excellent level of speaking, writing and understanding of English
• Experience with logistics, import/export transactions and foreign trade instruments is an asset
• Fresh graduated or maximum 2 years experience
• Excellent communication  and team work ability, able to work under pressure
• Must be a detail oriented person striving for perfection
• Customer focus and relationship management skills
• Energetic, creative, and adaptable
• Entrepreneurial spirit, Initiative
• Result oriented and self-motivated
• Military obligations must be completed

İŞ TANIMI

• Edit and check export/import documents for accuracy with the operation person
• Issue purchase contracts and sales contracts
• Compile finalized document sets required for import/export and mail to various destinations
• Organize and maintain organization of job folders
• Ensuring orders and documents are issued correctly and sent to the right place at the right time
• Supporting various activities including documentation,negotiating with freight forwarders and transportation companies
