QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

While keeping an eye on the Internal (Strength & Areas for Improvement) and external (Threats & Opportunities ) factors, the Performance Evaluation Specialist will identify, design, and implement performance monitoring, evaluation, and reporting systems.

İŞ TANIMI

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Works with Talent Acquisition Department lead to conduct current performance assessments by using different tools, such as comprehensive questionnaires, SWOT analysis etc.
  • Supports and help as required to establish objectives and key performance indicators for all departments of TRT World.
  • Development and implementation of results-based performance measurement, monitoring and evaluation in TRT World. 
  • Works on detailed planning for monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on the performance.
  • Assists in implementation of performance management tools on ERP SYSTEM.
  • Liase with managers to set KPI’s and measures the departments performance.
  • Appraises the constraints to and identifies solutions for performance management.
  • Participates and follow ups the overall implementation of performance management complete cycle. 
  • Actively conducts researching developments of new techniques and approaches in performance monitoring.


KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Excellent written and spoken English and Turkish
  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of development approaches; and methods of data collection, analysis, and reporting on Performance Evaluation 
  • High level of analytical and interpretative skills.
  • High level of business acument
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in performance evaluation. Work Experience involving quantitative skills such as statistics, econometrics is desirable.
  • Knowledge of statistical tool such as SPSS is an advantage
  • Knowledge of media sector is an advantage

Preferred Candidate

3 - 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
