QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a HR Compensation and Benefits Specialist for our refinery project in İzmir, Turkey matching with below qualifications and tasks:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting / Finance departments
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll
  • Very good knowledge of softwares for payroll calculation and management (i.e. SAP, Netsis, Axapta, etc.)
  • Excellent command of MS-Office applications
  • Very good knowledge of English both verbal and written
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Labour Law, Social Security (SGK), Income Taxes and related legislations
  • Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work cooperatively with a high-performing, multifunctional and international team
  • Strong follow-up on multi tasks, analytical and result oriented


İŞ TANIMI

  • To manage the data entry in order to calculate monthly payroll for all employees (Turkish and Expatriates), by including all relevant inputs
  • To determine payroll variables as a result of payroll calculation: SGK contribution, Unemployment Premiums, Income and Stamp taxes, Deductions, Minimum Living Allowance (“AGİ”), etc.
  • To updated payroll records according to submitted changes in status, contract types, job titles, department, etc.
  • To control and assure accurate and timely payment to the employees and to check the balance of payroll accounts by fixing discrepancies
  • To report all legal proceedings and compulsory reports to the relevant official bodies such as Social Security Institution and other government institutions
  • Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leaves, disability, non-taxable benefits, etc.
  • Ensure that all documents in the employees’ files comply with law regulations
  • Provide customer service to departments and employees on payroll and personnel related inquiries and to cooperate with the Human Resources team to support the organization of HR processes and tool
