UNILEVER

• University degree preferably in Engineering or Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar positions
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM(Customer Relationship Management) tools
• Preferably no military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Centralize the relationship with the customers in the order to cash process to provide information about the situation of their orders, delivery and invoice data and to inform the customer of any problem to ensure they are solved within agreed times
• Alongside Sales, acts as a single point of contact for the company
• Manage the proactive customer care processes
• Coordinates master data requests from customers and maintains alignment with customer systems
• Responsible for managing end to end order fulfillment processes 
• Receives returns requests and refusal information from customer and analyzes according to returns policies for the inefficiencies to be processed
• Responsible from delivery, billing issues and delay management
• Responsible for claims management and claims resolution communication to customer as per customer service catalogue
