  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering,Telecommunications Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and related Information Technologies.
  • Information Technologies, 
  • Relational Databases,
  • Object Oriented Technologies
  • Good understanding of the Telecommunications Business
  • Understanding of Billing Services.

 

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a IT Incident Management Specialist with the will and ambition to work in IT Incident Management Function, reporting IT Incident Management Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

  • Responsible for measurement of the Billing Services quality KPIs.
  • Work with the software development team for prioritization of Defect.
  • Work with other Service Owners for solution of defects.
  • Tracks & reviews Service deliverables.
  • Tracking and logging related activities on issue tracking tool.
  • Ensure that projects and services can be delivered within committed functionality and performance criteria.
  • Provide immediate solutions to complex problems or suggest interim solution if it requires detailed examination.
  • Do the troubleshooting.
  • Mentoring and guiding less experienced specialists to improve their skills and vision.
  • Coordinate the activities of less experienced specialists (task management)
  • Works with no supervision
  • Research new technologies to improve service quality and flexibility
  • Contribute creative ideas to the development,TAD and Test groups.
  • Investigate new technologies and share knowledge and experience with other teams.

Preferred Candidate

Less than 2 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
